Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: Maximum two pets per household. Pet Deposit/Fee: $400 ($200 refundable, $200 nonrefundable) Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per month per pet. Reptiles or exotic pets are NOT allowed. All cats must be kept indoors at all times. All residents with pets are required to submit a statement from a licensed veterinarian establishing each of the following, prior to move-in: (A) The breed of the animal, (B) General good health of the animal, (C) When and which vaccinations have been received and the animal has received all vaccinations required by law. Pictures will be taken of all pets.
