Hear Ye, Hear Ye!
IT’S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Please remember that the leaseholder is responsible for the actions of any guest or occupants. This includes damage to community property or another resident’s property. Also, we understand that many of our residents may have more than one vehicle & may have to use an open parking space. But remember, that the vehicle cannot be parked in one spot for more than 48 hrs. If it is, without warning it will be towed. Please refer to your community policies. It’s part of our community and the first thing guests see when they visit. Please do not discard trash from your vehicle in our parking lot or on our grounds. Use the dumpsters conveniently located throughout the property. Every litter bit hurts!
- Attached please find a “Resident Information Update” form. We would greatly appreciate it, if you would take a few moments to fill the form out to give us an update and bring into our office. We also added email address, so don’t forget it.
You might of have noticed that one of our team members “Sandi” is gone. She has been promoted into a mini Sunny to her own community to manage. We wish her the best of luck in her new promotion & hopefully we will be able to find someone just as a delight to fill her space.
