 Our Pool Party was such a huge success!!

We were thrilled with the turnout and hope that you had a wonderful time.  We are glad that you were able to meet your new neighbors.  We look forward to additional celebrations in the upcoming months!

Labor Day Weekend  

You deserve a rest!  To all of our hard working residents here at Village Sereno, we salute you for your efforts!!

Please keep in mind our Offices will be closed Monday September 1^st in observance of the holiday. We hope you have a great, labor free Labor Day.  But when you come back to reality don’t forget your rent!

 AUTUMN  CHANGES:  September usually indicates a time of change; Leaves turning, weather getting cooler – Oh, but wait, we live in Arizona, so we’ll have to focus on some other changes!

      We have many of our own changes that we would like you to be aware of:

     Pool & Spa:  Our pool is currently open 24 hours.  However, we have received concerns regarding the noise level during the hours of 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.  Should this continue we will have no alternative but to lock the pool at 10:00 PM.  We would hate to restrict your enjoyment of this wonderful amenity, so we are counting on you to be sensitive to those residents surrounding the pool area.

     Trash Containers:  With the number of residents growing every day, our trash containers are at capacity.  Service to these trash containers is twice a week, and with new residents moving in, there are large quantities of boxes in addition to the increased quantity of trash.  We would ask that if you have any boxes to be thrown away, please break down/tear apart the boxes prior to disposing of them in the dumpster.  This will prevent the dumpster bins from filling too quickly.  In addition, if you have little ones assisting you with the trash, please direct them to throw the trash into the bin and not onto the ground.

     Speed Limit:  The Speed Limit within the community is 10 M.P.H.  Please make sure that you and your guests observe the speed limit.

     A/C Filters:  Village Sereno suggests that you change your A/C filter once a month, particularly during the summer months when the unit is working its hardest.  We provide the filters for you, so please come by the office and we will be happy to give you one.  Changing your A/C filter regularly provides better air flow, keeps the air conditioner clean and running efficiently. 

     Pest Control:  Do you have some visiting critters into your apartment home that you didn’t invite?  Do you want to make sure you don’t see any?  Well, no worries!  Village Sereno has complimentary Pest Control Service twice a month.  Please call our office to arrange an appointment.

Construction Updates:  We consider it a priority to keep you informed regarding the status of our construction.  Of particular importance are the areas near our Clubhouse and Leasing Office.  We appreciate that this may be an inconvenience for those residents who reside on the North side of our community, but as a reminder, it is for everyone’s safety we ask that you do not pass or walk through any of the clearly defined construction areas.  We greatly appreciate your cooperation.                     And if all this isn’t enough, know that there are less than 100 shopping days until Christmas
